Abstract or full paper submissions are welcome. The deadline for both abstract and full paper submissions is January 30th, 2026.

All accepted submissions (abstract or full paper) will be included in the conference proceedings and published on the cIRcle UBC.

Abstract submissions will be peer-reviewed, and do not require full paper submission

FULL PAPER (6 pages)

Please use the paper template in Word or LaTeX as provided below
Full papers must be submitted in their final form for peer review
Submission files must be in PDF format; please follow the instructions in the submission portal
Students are encouraged to submit full papers, as the CSME, CFDSC and CSR will run student paper competitions
Archival journals may also invite selected authors of papers to submit their work for publication in special issues
