Important information for presenters

Please note that all accepted submissions are invited for an oral presentation in their respective symposium at the CSME-CFDSC-CSR 2026 International Congress.

Presentation details

To ensure a smooth and well-organized session, each presenter is allocated a total of 15 minutes. We strongly recommend adhering to the following structure:

• 12 minutes for presentation (MS PowerPoint)

• 2 minutes for questions and discussion (Q&A)

• 1 minute for transition to the next presenter

Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at their assigned room at least 10 minutes before the session begins and notify the session chair of their presence. Please use this time to ensure your presentation is ready before the session starts.
