Congress registration

Registration fees include access to the welcome reception, technical sessions, coffee breaks and lunches. The additional fee for the Tuesday evening banquet, that covers only part of the cost, ensures that the organizers have a good estimate of the number of banquet attendees.

The prices listed in the table below are in CAD and do not include the 5% GST. On the registration platform taxes are included.

Full refunds, minus a $100 service fee, will be issued until April 21, 2026. After this date, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

CSME members

CSME members receive a discount. To become a member, please consult: www.csme-scgm.ca/application. Note that student membership is free, so all students are encouraged to sign up before registering for the CSME-CFDSC-CSR 2026 International Congress.
