Congress registration
Registration fees include access to the welcome reception, technical sessions, coffee breaks and lunches. The additional fee for the Tuesday evening banquet, that covers only part of the cost, ensures that the organizers have a good estimate of the number of banquet attendees.
The prices listed in the table below are in CAD and do not include the 5% GST. On the registration platform taxes are included.

Full refunds, minus a $100 service fee, will be issued until April 21, 2026. After this date, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Abstracts/papers without a presenter registration by April 05, 2026 will NOT be included in the program or proceedings.
* Participants submitting solely to the Mechanical Engineering Education Symposium may opt for one-day conference registration (Please contact csme.2026@ubc.ca).
** Please note that the Banquet venue has limited capacity, so make sure to register on time!
